DIVERSITY & INCLUSION SCHOLARSHIP
The Atlanta Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (ACEFT) is dedicated to delivering Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to underserved and underrepresented populations within the Atlanta area. We also seek to expand the representation, inclusion, and sense of belonging of all people within our community of therapists. Furthermore, our trainings promote the universality of attachment-based emotional experiences that lead to secure and healing bonds of love to all of humankind.
As such, our Diversity & Inclusion Board Member and Committee oversees:
a Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship program that covers a portion the cost of our Core Skills Trainings and supervision as a means to promote certification
an Inclusive Outreach program to bring awareness of EFT throughout the Atlanta Metro Area
our efforts to bring diverse voices into our discourse, trainings, and leadership.
The availability of the scholarships and the expanse of our outreach are based on our annual revenues from the Master Classes we offer. In addition, as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit, we may receive donations from parties interested in furthering ACEFT’s mission.
